International Student

The minimum and maximum, of course registration are limited between 3 and 6 courses per semester (9 to 18 credits) for undergraduate student, but graduate student can enroll up to 4 courses (3-12 credits). 

Grading system

Thammasat University utilizes the following grading system. 1. A 8-point grading scale is employed for the undergraduate level.         A cumulative grade point average of 2.00 is required for the successful completion of the Bachelor’s degree.         2.  A 9-point grading scale is employed for the graduate level.         A    cumulative    grade    point    average    of    3.00    is    required    for    the    successful    completion    of    the    Master’s degree/Ph.D. degree. Students must obtain a minimum passing grade of B in each course.           3. Non-Grade-Point system is utilized for thesis and individual research               The assessment process of each semester may be finished in the end of December and May. The transcript of    academic record for exchange students will be sent to partner institution around afterwards.
